Personal Data Processing Notice
issued pursuant to and for the purposes of the New European Regulation (GDPR)

PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT
Below are the methods used for processing the personal data of users of the website www.salaecucina.it, which may be collected during browsing of the site.
This notice is provided pursuant to the New European Regulation (GDPR) – the Code regarding the protection of personal data – to those who interact with the web services accessible electronically starting from the address: www.salaecucina.it. The guidance provided below is also inspired by the guidelines derived from Article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC and concerns, in particular, the collection of personal data on the Internet, with the aim of identifying the minimum measures to be implemented toward data subjects in order to guarantee the fairness and lawfulness of such practices.

THE DATA CONTROLLER
Following consultation of the website www.salaecucina.it, hereinafter referred to as the SITE, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The "Controller" of such processing is Edizioni Catering S.r.l., Via del Lavoro, 85 - Casalecchio di Reno - Bologna (Italy), hereinafter identified as the DATA CONTROLLER.

SCOPE
This notice applies only to the SITE in question and not to any other external websites that may be accessed via links present on the SITE's pages, which lead to different domains for which the DATA CONTROLLER is not responsible.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing connected to the web services on the SITE (physically residing on servers connected to the network) is carried out at the premises of the DATA CONTROLLER and is handled only by employees, collaborators, or persons authorized to process data, or by any parties responsible for occasional maintenance operations. No data arising from browsing the SITE is communicated or disclosed to third parties whose activities are not related to the management, operation, or oversight of the SITE. Personal data provided by users who submit requests for informational material is used solely to carry out the requested service and is communicated to third parties only where necessary for that purpose, subject to what is stated in the "optional data provision" section.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Browsing Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the SITE acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but which, by its very nature, could – through processing and association with data held by third parties – allow users to be identified. This category of data includes, by way of example only, IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. This data is used solely for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the SITE and to check that it is functioning correctly. The data could be made available by the DATA CONTROLLER for the purpose of establishing liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes or other requests authorized by the judicial authority.
Data voluntarily provided by users of the site
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on the SITE, or the completion of request forms or other guided procedures present on the SITE, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary in order to respond to requests, as well as of any other personal data included therein.
Specific summary notices will be provided or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services upon request.

OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
Apart from what is specified with regard to browsing data, users are free to provide the personal data indicated in request forms or otherwise indicated in contacts in order to request the sending of informational material or other communications. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested. For the sake of completeness, it should be noted that, in certain cases (not covered by the ordinary management of this site), the Authority may request information pursuant to the New European Regulation (GDPR), for the purpose of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases, providing a response is mandatory, subject to administrative penalty.

USERNAME AND PASSWORD
In cases where, in order to access restricted areas of the SITE, the user is required to choose a 'username' and/or 'password', it will be the user's responsibility to keep such data confidential and to immediately inform the DATA CONTROLLER of any use thereof by unauthorized persons.

COOKIES
Cookies are short text files that are downloaded onto the User's device when visiting a website and that allow the SITE to recognize the User's device. They serve various purposes, such as, for example, allowing efficient navigation between pages, remembering favorite sites, and, in general, improving the browsing experience.
Based on their function and purpose of use, cookies can be divided into technical cookies, profiling cookies, and third-party cookies.
For further information on the Cookies used by the SITE, see the dedicated section.

METHOD OF PROCESSING
Personal data is processed with and without the use of electronic or otherwise automated, computerized, or telematic tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed in order to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access, in compliance with the obligation to adapt to minimum security measures.
In order to provide a complete service, the SITE may contain links to other websites that are not managed by this DATA CONTROLLER, who cannot be held responsible for errors, content, cookies, publication of unlawful or immoral content, advertising, banners, or files not compliant with current regulatory provisions, nor for compliance with privacy regulations by the aforementioned sites.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Data subjects to whom the personal data relates have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its completion or updating, or its rectification (New European Regulation (GDPR)). Pursuant to the same article, data subjects have the right to request the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object, on legitimate grounds, to its processing.
In any case, the User will remain free at any time to revoke any consent given, by sending, without any formal requirements, a communication to that effect to the DATA CONTROLLER at the contact details provided at the beginning of this document.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time in order to adapt it to future regulations and to improve it, also taking into account suggestions submitted by customers, collaborators, and users.
